Four Roll Planetary Axis Machine – with pre bending

Insert the plate in the machine by using opposite side roll for reference and raise Bottom roll for clamping

Roll rotation reverse to locate plate edge at the center

Raise side roll 1 to required value to achieve pre bending radius on leading edge

Forward travel of plate to located 2 nd edge in the center

Raise side roll 2 to required value to achieve pre bending radius on trailing edge

Roll rotation forward and reverse resp to form circle

Rolling complete
